Introduction & Applicability
hivip is an online gaming and entertainment platform. These terms and conditions apply to every member who uses the hivip platform. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to abide by these terms.
These terms carry the status of a legal agreement. Through this platform, hivip operates various gaming services — including live casino, slots, cricket betting, and many other categories. Specific additional rules may apply to each category alongside these general terms.
Important: These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the interpretation by hivip's authority shall be considered final.
Account Registration
When creating an account on hivip, you must provide accurate and truthful information. If false information is provided, hivip reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any deposited funds.
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, it will be considered a policy violation and all accounts will be closed.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify hivip support immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
hivip reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. A national identity card or relevant documents may be required for identity verification.
Please note: Transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your name. Using third-party accounts is prohibited.
Age Limit & Eligibility
All hivip services are for individuals aged 21 or older only. Opening an account for a minor is strictly prohibited. We are committed to protecting minors.
- When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
- Providing false information about your age may be punishable by law.
- hivip reserves the right to verify the age of any account.
- If proof of age cannot be provided, the account will be closed and deposited funds will be returned.

Deposits & Withdrawals
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can be used for financial transactions on the hivip platform. No payment methods other than these four are accepted.
4.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).
4.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
hivip generally completes approved withdrawals within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases it may take longer due to identity verification or other security checks.
Bank Transfer: For bank transfers, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks can be used.
4.4 Transaction Verification
All transactions go through security verification. Unusual or suspicious transactions may be temporarily held and the member may be asked to provide additional information.
Bonuses & Promotions
hivip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Claiming any bonus means you have accepted the associated terms and conditions.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 gives a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based only on the bonus amount, not the deposit.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus is applicable only once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- hivip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Some games may contribute fully or partially toward wagering calculations.
VIP Cashback: hivip has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. As your gaming activity increases, you naturally become eligible to move up to a higher tier.
Gaming Rules
All games on the hivip platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules, which are provided in detail within the game.
6.1 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes are determined entirely at random (Random Number Generator). There is no way to alter a game's outcome, and no strategy can guarantee a win.
6.2 Technical Issues
If the internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during play, the hivip support team will assist. However, hivip is not responsible for external internet or device issues.
6.3 Live Game Rules
In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Offensive behavior or disrespectful comments toward other players during a live game may result in a temporary or permanent account closure.
6.4 Sports Betting Rules
For bets on cricket and other sports, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the applicable odds. Odds may change during a match.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the hivip platform:
- Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual or group (multi-accounting).
- Abusing bonus benefits or participating in bonus fraud.
- Using any hacking tools, cheating software, or bots.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Using third-party deposit or withdrawal methods.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting unauthorized access to hivip's systems or network.
- Using false identity documents or forged paperwork.
Warning: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure
hivip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of terms and conditions.
- Failure to verify identity or provision of suspicious information.
- Participation in prohibited activities.
- Request from law enforcement agencies.
- Security-related reasons.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
